Digital Job Cards for Garages and Workshops

A job card is the record of one vehicle's visit: who brought it, what the complaint was, what work and parts went into it, and what the customer paid. Autojobcard keeps that record digital — from the moment the vehicle arrives to the GST bill and the next service reminder.

How It Works

From Vehicle Check-in to Delivery

The same steps your workshop already follows on paper, without the book.

  1. Check the vehicle in Search by vehicle number or customer. If they visited before, their details and full service history are already there. Record the kilometre reading, complaints and vehicle photos.
  2. Get an automatic job card number Every job card gets the next number in sequence with your workshop's prefix, so there are no duplicate or skipped book numbers.
  3. Add labour and spare parts Pick services from your service list and parts from your stock. Discount and GST are calculated on each line, using the HSN code and rate set on the part.
  4. Track the work Move the job card through Open, In Progress, Washing, Quality Check and Ready, so everyone at the counter knows where each vehicle stands.
  5. Bill and take payment The GST bill comes straight from the job card. Print it or share it with the customer, and record cash, UPI, card, cheque, wallet or credit payments, including part payments.
  6. Deliver and set the next service When a periodic service is marked Delivered, the next service date and kilometre are set for that vehicle, ready for a WhatsApp reminder.
