AutoJobCard (autojobcard.com) is a product owned and operated by Caperbit. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and data security. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, store, and protect information when you use the AutoJobCard platform, APIs, and Meta WhatsApp integrations.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Name, business email, mobile phone number, workshop address, tax/GST details.
- Workshop Operational Data: Vehicle registration numbers, customer contact numbers, job card details, service due dates, and billing receipts.
- Meta WhatsApp Integration Data: Phone Number IDs, WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) IDs, message template structures, delivery status receipts (sent, delivered, read, failed), and customer opt-out preferences.
- Technical Metadata: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and access logs for security and diagnostics.
2. How We Process Data & Meta WhatsApp Integration
- Service Delivery: Processing job cards, vehicle service schedules, and inventory tracking.
- Meta WhatsApp Business API Messaging: Dispatching automated vehicle maintenance alerts, insurance renewal notices, and invoice receipts to workshop customers via Meta Cloud API endpoints.
- Template Management: Synchronizing approved message templates from your Meta Business Account.
- Compliance & Audit Logs: Maintaining real-time delivery and read status logs via Meta Webhook callbacks to ensure message delivery accuracy.
3. Data Sharing & Meta Platforms
- Meta Cloud API: Customer phone numbers and message template parameters are transmitted to Meta Platforms Inc. / Meta Ireland Ltd. strictly to execute authorized WhatsApp messaging.
- Zero Data Selling: We do NOT sell, lease, or rent customer personal data or WhatsApp contact lists to third-party advertisers.
- Legal Compliance: Information is disclosed only when required by applicable laws of India or valid court orders.
4. Customer Choice & Opt-Out Policy
- WhatsApp Opt-Out: Workshop customers can request to opt out of automated WhatsApp messages anytime. Phone numbers listed in the CRM Opt-Out registry are automatically suppressed from future messages.
- Opt-In Consent: Workshops using AutoJobCard agree to obtain prior customer consent before sending transactional WhatsApp notifications.
5. Data Retention, Export & Deletion Rights
- Data Ownership: Workshop businesses retain full ownership of their operational and customer records.
- Data Export & Deletion: Account owners can request complete export or permanent deletion of their CRM data by contacting support@autojobcard.com.
- Data Deletion Callback: We maintain automated Meta Data Deletion callback endpoints to fulfill data deletion requests submitted through Meta Account settings.
