Terms & Conditions
These terms govern access to Autojobcard (βPlatformβ) provided by Autojobcard Technologies Private Limited (βCompanyβ).
By accessing the Platform you agree to these terms. We may update them periodically and will notify customers through the admin portal.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
Only registered companies, dealerships, or service providers approved by Autojobcard may access the Platform. Administrators are responsible for inviting and revoking their staff access. Multi-factor authentication is recommended for all users.
2. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal date. Fees are non-refundable unless covered by a service credit SLA. Taxes will be applied as per applicable law. Non-payment may result in suspension after 15 days.
3. Usage Guidelines
Users must not misuse APIs, attempt unauthorized access, or upload malicious code. Customer data, job card content, and financial records must comply with prevailing automotive and GST regulations.
4. Data Ownership
Companies own their operational data. Autojobcard only processes data to deliver the service and may retain anonymized metrics for product improvement. Data exports can be requested anytime from the admin console.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect proprietary information, pricing, roadmaps, and customer details. Public communication must be approved in writing.
6. Service Levels
We target 99.9% uptime with 24/7 monitoring. Critical incidents receive response within 1 hour. Planned maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours prior.
7. Limitation of Liability
Autojobcard is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability will not exceed the fees paid during the previous 12 months.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 daysβ notice. Immediate termination may occur for violations, security threats, or non-payment. Data will remain available for export for 30 days after termination.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the courts of Bengaluru.
