AutoJobCard (autojobcard.com) is an Automotive Workshop Management CRM product owned and operated by Caperbit (“Company”). These terms govern access to and use of the AutoJobCard Platform, APIs, and integrated Meta WhatsApp Business Services. By registering or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
AutoJobCard is a proprietary Automotive CRM SaaS product developed, owned, and operated by Caperbit. The platform provides digital job card management, billing, inventory tracking, customer vehicle service reminders, and Meta WhatsApp Cloud API messaging features.
Subscribers integrating WhatsApp Business accounts agree to strictly comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Terms, Commerce Policy, and WhatsApp Technical Provider Guidelines. Subscribers must obtain prior consent from vehicle owners before sending automated service due alerts, invoices, or reminders. Sending bulk spam or unverified marketing messages is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
By connecting your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) via Embedded Signup or API Credentials, you grant Caperbit and AutoJobCard explicit authorization to manage templates (whatsapp_business_management) and send transactional messages (whatsapp_business_messaging) on your behalf via Meta Cloud API.
Access is restricted to authorized automotive workshops, dealerships, and service centers. Account administrators are responsible for managing staff user permissions and protecting login credentials.
Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. All applicable taxes will be billed as per Indian laws. Non-payment may lead to service suspension after 15 calendar days.
Workshops retain complete ownership of their customer and vehicle data. Caperbit processes data solely to fulfill CRM operations and WhatsApp notifications. Users can request a complete data export or data deletion at any time.
Workshops can disconnect their Meta WhatsApp integration at any time directly through the CRM WhatsApp Settings panel or via Meta Business Manager settings.
