Open a job card when the vehicle arrives, with the customer, vehicle, kilometre reading and complaints. Add labour and spare parts as work happens, move it through statuses such as In Progress, Washing, Quality Check and Ready, then mark it Delivered. Job card numbers are generated automatically.
Yes. The bill is built from the job card. GST is calculated on each line after discount, using the HSN code and rate set on each spare part, and the bill can be printed or shared with the customer.
Yes. After a periodic service is delivered, the next service date and kilometre are set automatically. Autojobcard can then send WhatsApp reminders for upcoming services and insurance renewals using your own WhatsApp Business number. Your team also gets a follow-up list for calling customers.
Yes. From the Customers page, staff can send a payment due reminder to one customer or to everyone with an outstanding amount. The message fills in the amount and pending bill numbers. These reminders are manual and go out only when staff click Send.
Yes. Customer messages arrive in a chat inbox inside Autojobcard, and staff can reply there. Free replies work inside Meta's 24-hour window. After that, staff send an approved template.
Connect your WhatsApp Business number through Meta, then click sync to bring your templates into Autojobcard. You map each template variable to a field such as customer name, vehicle number or due date, and preview the message. Meta approves templates and may charge for messages.
Yes. The Reminder CRM Report shows each service, insurance and payment due reminder as sent, delivered, read or failed. You can filter by date, type and status, and retry failed messages.
There are two layouts, Classic and Professional GST, on A4, A5, 2-inch thermal or 3-inch thermal paper. You can show or hide fields such as HSN code, discount, signature, bank details, UPI QR and previous outstanding.
Yes. Create an AMC plan as a service with numbered sub-services such as AMC-1 and AMC-2. When the vehicle comes in, the job card selects its next visit automatically and offers renewal after the last visit.
Yes, for AMC plans. Choosing a vehicle on a plan selects the service and next visit by itself. For other services, staff choose the sub-service, and the service charge and parts discount are applied from your service settings.
Yes. Enter vendor purchases with quantity, price, discount and GST, and stock goes up automatically. Each stock change is recorded, and low-stock parts are listed. Purchases can be imported, exported and printed.
Yes. Each vehicle keeps its visits, parts and payments, with total visits, total spent and average spend per visit. You can also print a vehicle history report.
Daily revenue and job stats, parts stock, technician-wise, monthly services, customer-wise and vehicle-wise reports. Reports export to CSV, which opens in Excel, and to PDF.
Yes. Cars, bikes and scooters, and commercial vehicles are all supported. Each vehicle keeps its own service history.
Yes. Each staff member gets a role. A technician can, for example, open job cards and add photos without seeing prices or bills. The owner decides what each role can do.
Cash, UPI, card, cheque, wallet and credit. Part payments are allowed, and the pending amount for every customer is tracked.
Yes. You can import your customer list and your spare parts list from a spreadsheet, or add records as you go.
Yes. Autojobcard works in the browser on mobile phones, tablets and computers.
